Complaints Procedure
Artificial Intelligence University (AIU.ac) aims to provide a high standard of service. If something falls short, we want to know so we can put it right.
How to complain
Email hi@aiu.ac with “Complaint” in the subject line. Tell us what happened, when, and what outcome you are seeking. Include any relevant details such as the course, order, or page concerned.
What happens next
- We acknowledge your complaint within five working days.
- We review it and aim to provide a full response within twenty working days. If we need longer, we will tell you why and when to expect a reply.
- If you are not satisfied with our response, you may ask us to review it again, and your request will be considered by someone not involved in the original decision where possible.
Certification complaints
Complaints or appeals relating to a certification examination or result are handled under the assessment terms provided with that programme. Contact us at the address above and we will direct your complaint appropriately.

We treat all complaints seriously and confidentially, and we do not treat anyone less favourably for raising one in good faith.
