Whistleblowing & Grievance
Artificial Intelligence University (AIU.ac) is committed to honesty, integrity, and accountability. This policy explains how to raise a serious concern about wrongdoing (whistleblowing) or a personal grievance.
Whistleblowing
If you become aware of conduct you believe is unlawful, unethical, or a danger to others — such as fraud, a breach of legal obligations, or a risk to health and safety — you can report it confidentially to hi@aiu.ac.
- You do not need proof, only a genuine, good-faith concern.
- We will treat your report confidentially so far as is reasonably possible.
- No one who raises a concern in good faith will face dismissal, penalty, or any other detriment for doing so.
Grievances
If you have a personal grievance about your treatment, work, or relationship with AIU, raise it with us at the address above. We will discuss it with you, look into the matter, and respond fairly and without unreasonable delay.
External routes
Where a concern cannot be resolved internally, or relates to a matter that a regulator oversees, you retain the right to raise it with the appropriate external body. Nothing in this policy limits any legal protection available to you, including under the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998.
